Returns:
If, for any reason, you are not content with your purchase or encounter any problems with your order, we kindly ask you to reach out to us promptly. Items returned after this period may not qualify for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags and intact packaging. Unless the item received is damaged or defective upon arrival, the responsibility for return shipping lies with the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items:

In cases of damage during transport, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide you with the option to receive a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged goods until the claims process is completed, as they may be necessary for inspection purposes.
Processing Returns:
Upon receiving your return and completing the necessary inspection, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
